The "NIPUN Bharat Digital Initiative Unified Portal (NBDIUP) – Smart Classroom & ICT Lab Project,"an innovative Web and Mobile based application developed under the purview of the Basic Education Department, Uttar Pradesh, is the cutting-edge platform that has been meticulously designed to serve Basic Education Department, UP Electronics Corporation Limited and Government Schools in UP and Block Resource Centres of Uttar Pradesh. Its primary purpose is to efficiently oversee and manage the record of procurement of equipment required for establishing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Labs at Block Resource Centres (BRC) and setting up Smart Classrooms in Government Schools across Uttar Pradesh. In addition to its above capabilities, this online system also serves as a comprehensive record-keeping tool for scheduling and organizing all training sessions associated with the operation of these labs and smart classrooms. Furthermore, it boasts the capability to generate Lab and Smart Classroom Setup Certificates and Training Certificates, providing a seamless end-to-end solution for equipment procurement, installation, and training management.
This online system offers several functionalities to facilitate stakeholder engagement, including the ability to:

Indicate the preparedness status of both the BRC and School for the establishment of ICT Lab and Smart Classroom respectively.
Report the readiness and delivery of equipment required to setup Lab and Smart Classroom.
Grant approval for the readiness of site and consignment designated for the establishment of ICT Labs and Smart Classrooms.
Schedule inspection of equipment quality, lab & smart classroom setup and trainings sessions.
Conveniently upload and download the Certificates and Reports.
Upload and verify the payment related details.
Empower BRCs and Schools to lodge grievances related to the equipment.
Send SMS & Email alerts at necessary steps to keep all the stakeholders informed about the real-time progress of the project.
